Feedback01: About Car Rearview Mirror

I have checked with our engineers carefully and do some operation by myself, and, the following are our reply:

 

1) Manual for DVR don’t explain menu items.
> For example I can’t understand for what is AUTO CAPTURE

———————– First we must admit that there is much improvement we must do as our products go better and better. As for the AUTO CAPTURE, it is because our device is used for record. When the objet moves, our device will record and take pictures automatically. “ AUTO CAPTURE ”?is not used in DVR. In DVR, we use ” MASTER CAPTURE”

> 2) Where do Radar-detector send signal? In mirror there is no Items or
> buttons for it!

————————-The signal of the radar is sent by wireless. There is Transmitter module, and, in the rearview mirror GPS, there is Receiving module.

> 3) Button description is on bottom – so when you use mirror – you
> can’t understand for what is buttons/ And often click wrong.

————————– We will pay attention to this question. At present, please ask the customers to read the User Manual carefully. After several use, they will know better about it.

> 4) Screen can’t be turned off. It is bad – because sometimes people
> want only DVR work and they don’t want see light screen always.

————————– This is a question. And, we have been considering it. Maybe in the near future we will have a better solution.

> 5) Do DVR write always? Even when GPS Navigation work?

————————— Yes. Once the mirror is turned on, then, the DVR begins to work.

> 6) GPS is only for navigation? Can’t save speed on video?

—————————-Yes. I am sorry it can not.

> 7) Where do second camera send signal? I don’t find any button for
> turn it on. Do DVR record from both cameras?

————————— The reverse camera is wireless. It can receive the video signals automatically. And, there is priority for the reversing camera. About the two cameras, the functions are different. One is for reversing, the other is for record.

> 8 ) Holder for Radar-detector is bigger then hole in radar-detector -
> so can’t be fixed. And there is no magnetic pad for it in box. (It was
> writen in manual about it)

——————————-This kind of radar is very small indeed, and, it is convinient to install. We don’t use the magnetic pad because we have used the Tripod way. If you prefer the magnetic pad, we can send you this kind this time.

> 9) Device always start record after you go our from menu. It is not
> convenient.

—————————– We design as it is now because of the safety consideration. DVR is for proof once there is any accident. There is no point if drivers miss the record because of forgetting to start the DVR. When driving, we advise drivers to turn the switch to the GPS. In this way it will not affect the drivers.

> 10) For what is GPS_MENU button? It look like this button don’t work.

——————————- Yes, it is useful. If the presenr menu is not the main menu, then, pressing this button will help you back to the main menu.

> 11) How work internet in WIN?

———————————- Customers can connect the mobile and GPS through Bluetooth. Then, it will appear IE. Next, customers can surf the Internet on the monitor.

> 12) On box writen WIN CE NET/ But it it usual WIN CE

——————————- It is WINCE. We are checking and will reply you later.

> 13) Sometimes switch DVR|GPS don’t work (when you is in GPS, WIN menu).

—————————— In this case, please check if you have started DVR.

> 14) How can Mirror be connected to PC? It have no USB, but in menu it
> writen that it can be USB storage.

—————————- Well, it is because this user manual we use the specifications for both our all-in-one radar detector GPS and our rearview mirror GPS. As for our all-in-one radar detector GPS, there is USB port, but, the rearview mirror GPS not. Rearview mirror GPS can only be operated by the SD card reader of customers want to use this function.
